두 폰이 모두 같은 Wi-Fi 네트워크에 연결되어 있는지 확인해주세요. 한 쪽이 모바일 데이터를 사용 중이면 P2P 연결이 어려울 수 있어요. 또한 일부 공유기는 "AP 격리" 기능이 켜져 있으면 같은 Wi-Fi라도 기기끼리 연결되지 않을 수 있어요. 공유기 설정에서 AP 격리를 꺼주세요.

아니요. Owly View는 WebRTC P2P 방식으로 두 폰이 직접 통신하기 때문에, 영상과 음성은 우리 서버를 거치지 않아요. 우리는 영상을 저장하지도, 열람하지도, 처리하지도 않습니다.

뷰어폰의 오울리뷰 알림 권한이 허용되어 있는지 확인해주세요. 설정 → 앱 → Owly View → 알림에서 켤 수 있어요. 또한 둥지 설정에서 "백그라운드 알림"이 켜져 있어야 화면이 꺼졌을 때도 알림이 와요.

뷰어폰 헤더 오른쪽 위 🌬️ 백색소음 버튼을 누르면 모달이 올라와요. 자장가 3곡(브람스·슈베르트·파헨벨)과 백색소음 6종(화이트·핑크·브라운·빗소리·파도·딥슬립)이 있어요. 트랙을 고르면 허브폰 스피커에서 재생돼요 — 뷰어폰은 리모컨 역할만 합니다. 볼륨과 타이머(30분 / 1시간 / 8시간 / 무한)도 뷰어폰에서 조절돼요.

참고: 음악 재생 중에는 우는 소리 감지가 자동으로 일시정지돼요(마이크가 자기 소리를 우는 소리로 잡지 않도록). 얼굴 감지와 온·습도 알림은 정상 동작합니다.

영상이 연결되기 전에 누르면 "영상 먼저 시작해주세요" 안내가 떠요. 자세한 사용법은 사용 설명서의 11번 페이지(자장가 & 백색소음)를 참고해주세요.

육아 상자 메인 화면 맨 아래의 보라색 📤 소아과용 PDF 만들기 버튼을 누르세요. 지난 일주일의 응아·수유·수면·체온·약·성장 데이터를 한 페이지 PDF로 묶어줘요. 의사 선생님이 5초 안에 훑어볼 수 있게 디자인했어요.

오늘 기록 타임라인에 길게 눌러 적어둔 메모(예: "응아가 평소보다 묽음")도 PDF에 같이 들어가니, 진료 직전에 만들어서 보여주시면 진료 시간이 훨씬 단축돼요.

육아 상자 데이터는 기기에만 저장돼요. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 사라질 수 있어요. 4개 카드(🍼 수유 · 🌙 수면 · 💩 기저귀 · ❤️ 건강) 모두 해당돼요. 육아 상자 → 데이터 관리 → 백업으로 미리 저장해두시는 걸 권장드려요.

아니요. Owly View는 모니터링 보조 도구이며 의료기기가 아니에요. 영아돌연사증후군(SIDS) 등 어떤 질환도 진단하거나 예방하지 않습니다. 소아과용 PDF 기능 역시 진료 보조 자료일 뿐, 진단 결과가 아니에요. 어떤 모니터도 보호자의 직접 관찰을 대체할 수 없다는 점 꼭 기억해주세요.

육아 상자 → 데이터 관리 → 모든 기록 삭제로 로컬 데이터를 초기화할 수 있어요. 앱을 완전히 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 사라집니다. 추가 데이터 삭제 요청은 owlyview@gmail.com으로 연락주세요.

Make sure both phones are on the same Wi-Fi network. If one phone is on cellular data, P2P connection may not work. Also, some routers have "AP Isolation" enabled, which prevents devices on the same Wi-Fi from connecting to each other. Please disable AP Isolation in your router settings.

No. Owly View uses direct phone-to-phone WebRTC P2P connection. Video and audio do not pass through our servers. We do not store, view, or process your video.

Please make sure notifications are enabled for Owly View on the Viewer phone. Go to Settings → Owly View → Notifications. Also, in the in-app Nest Settings, make sure "Background Notifications" is enabled to receive alerts when the screen is off.

Tap the 🌬️ SOUNDS button at the top-right of the Viewer phone header, and a modal slides up. There are 3 lullabies (Brahms, Schubert, Pachelbel) and 6 white noise tracks (White, Pink, Brown, Rain, Ocean, Deep Sleep). When you pick a track, the audio plays through the Hub phone's speaker — the Viewer phone is just the remote control. Volume and timer (30 min / 1 hr / 8 hr / ∞) can also be adjusted from the Viewer.

Note: while music is playing, cry detection auto-pauses (so the mic doesn't pick up its own audio as crying). Face detection and temperature/humidity alerts continue to work normally.

At the bottom of the Baby Care Box main screen, tap the purple 📤 Make Pediatric PDF button. It bundles your last week of diaper, feeding, sleep, temperature, medication, and growth data into a one-page PDF, designed so a pediatrician can scan it in 5 seconds.

Memos you've added by long-pressing entries on today's timeline (e.g., "softer than usual") are also included in the PDF — so making it right before a visit will save you significant time at the doctor's office.

Baby Care Box data is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you uninstall the app or change devices. All 4 cards (🍼 Feeding · 🌙 Sleep · 💩 Diaper · ❤️ Health) are affected. We recommend backing up via Baby Care Box → Data Management → Backup.

No. Owly View is a monitoring aid, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or prevent any condition, including SIDS. The Pediatric PDF feature is also just a reference for your doctor's visit, not a diagnostic result. Please remember that no monitor can replace direct supervision by a caregiver.

You can clear local data via Baby Care Box → Data Management → Delete All Records. Uninstalling the app will remove all data stored on your device. For additional data deletion requests, please contact owlyview@gmail.com.
